Internet rate is reasonable.Close to many corporate offices. Good hospitaility by front desk staff. Good room rates compared to other hotels in the locality/Diegem. Shuttle service is good.
Rooms are small. No place to keep suit cases/baggage. Breakfast can be better with few more options/variety.

Nice vibe with a chill bar area and a good pool table. Loved that the gym was well equipped for a late-night workout. The room was small but super comfy, especially the bed. The air conditioning worked fine, a relief after a hot day. Quick walk to the train station made getting around easy 😊

We stayed here for 7 nights, the hotel was stylish and fairly clean, with magnificent and peaceful location near to trains etc. Location: the property was short walk to a business park. Spent our evenings in nearby Rbg Bar And Grill, especially when it was cold outside. The music bar was cosy, liked this place.

I was twice in a hotel near the airport of Brussels, where breakfast was included. I had to leave at 6 AM to get my flight. No provision was made to get a breakfast some time earlier. Though it was included in the price. Holiday Inn Express was very hospitable, to give that opportunity. Excellent, to give me some greakfast before leaving, although breakfast was actually somewhat later scheduled officially. Thanks for this!

location
poor lightning of the rooms, not a friendly service. Also Booked.net should verify the room pictures versus what you really get, in this case a very small room.

I'd say that this hotel has good value for money. Nothing special in a room, room was small, but good enough to take a rest. So, if you aren't going to spend your time in a hotel, it can be a good budget choice.
table-lamps( 3, all of them) didn't work. Not a big deal for me, but still quite inconvenient.

A cozy vibe with airport convenience
The hotel has a modern design that feels cute, and the staff was genuinely friendly throughout my stay. Check-in was swift, and the atmosphere is vibrant, especially with the bar area buzzing with activity.
I found the room a bit cramped with limited amenities. While the shower was powerful, the overall temperature control was unreliable. The lack of nearby dining options made it challenging for meals.

very clean hotel - great location, and so close to the train station. We loved the breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very pleased. Staff was very accommodating.
bed was a little bit hard, but otherwise comfortable

I did not like that I had to pay for the taxi from the airport after 9:45 AM. it is wrtitten at the begining of the advertisement on Booked.net "The hotel provides a free airport shuttle service (limited seating). " so you may think that you have free shuttles all the time for an hotel airport. No: you have to read everything until the last line: "Time schedule for the airport shuttle bus: (Limited seating. Please reserve your seat at check-in) Monday to Thursday 6am-9:30am and 5pm-10:30pm "This is a traveler's trap. do not get fooled another time. I have never seen a such unfriendly staff. They are beyond any expectation. Is there any surcharge for smile?

The vibe here is chill, and the staff's friendly. Rooms are tight but stylish-got everything you need. Just wish they had hot drinks available near the entrance. That would've been a nice touch instead of shlepping down to the bar for a cuppa. Slept like a baby though, couldn't hear the planes at all.

The advantage to me of the Express By Holiday Inn Brussels is its proximity to the Airport.
I was disappointed that the internaet access was not working but I could walk around to the Holiday Inn and use the internet access there.

Bed was ok.
Staff not helpful and did not even point me to my room. Bathroom grotty. Breakfast buffet was empty in the morning.
